Here is the video that better explains my survival (Enhanced) first aid kit.

I could add more stuff, or remove some thigs form the kit--but after giving it some serious thought, the injuries that I feel are likey out there in the field, are what I prepared the kit to treat.

Where did you get all of the supplies for this first aid kit? I am putting together my own kit, and not having much look with fiding everything that I might need.
Can you post a list of the things that you have in your first aid kit please.
