Central Missouri unit

Well we don't have a website yet, or an official name, or even any members besides myself and my wife. What we do have is a love for our country and a willingness to protect our freedoms. If that also sounds like you as well and you live in the Columbia/Jeff City area, feel free to respond. The only things I ask are that you can legally own a firearm, you have a tolerance of others (pride in ones country and heritage does not mean racist), you be willing to commit both your time and physical effort (I'm not in the same shape I was a year ago in the Corps but if you can't jog a block without being winded or can't touch your toes you have to be willing to work on your physical fitness), and you must be a legal US citizen.

I look forward to passing on my knowledge and experiences as well as learning yours. Training will include first aid, survival, tracking, escape and evasion, marksmanship, weapons handling and maintainance, and other applicable small unit tactics.

We now have access to 120 acres to train on thanks to our newest member.

The Missouri Militia will have a table at the Boone county fairgrounds during the gun show labor day weekend. I will be there as well as members from the other Missouri units. Feel free to stop by and check us out if you are in the area.

Our first training day will be Saturday the 18th of September. If you are in the area and interested just respond and I will get you the address for the training area.
