saying hi and need info on how to start a group

Hi Everyone,, IM new to the site and saw the program last night. Im ex military and served for 12 years and was plaining to move to NC mountains and wanted info how to start one there. Ive been concerned about alot of things going on and have been starting to get alot of supplies ready.I know there are alot of ex military out there with the same worries that we all have with no place or group help they need.I served under REAGON AND BUSH at the end of the cold war.
